The problem it addresses
CRMs accumulate configuration debt — duplicate fields, ungoverned picklists, pipelines that cannot move a record, automations nobody turned back on — and every "AI will fix it" pitch asks for write access on trust. What is missing is not intelligence; it is governed capability: analysis that cites evidence, changes that bind to approvals, and verification independent of the thing that made the change.
What it does
The Operator runs a governed lifecycle — connect, understand, advise, agree, design, approve, implement, verify, operate — with three independent authority gates: permission to observe, permission to work on a defined Improvement, and permission to execute exact changes. A model analyzes, recommends and designs inside validated contracts; deterministic code owns state, diffing, compilation, execution, drift detection and verification; a human holds every approval, and an AI agent is refused as an approver outright.
