A system for designing, configuring, deploying, and managing governed CRM workflows against HubSpot, Salesforce, and internal systems.
The problem
Businesses have a CRM, but the operating workflows around it are incomplete, manual, inconsistent, or disconnected from the systems that actually run the work. The CRM records what happened; it does not make it happen.
What the system does
The Operator models the real process, defines it as a governed workflow, configures the CRM and connected systems to execute it, then monitors and reconciles what actually ran against what should have.

Define workflows explicitly — states, requirements, rules, owners, exceptions
Configure CRM and connected systems to execute the definition
Deploy with human approval on consequential actions
Monitor execution and reconcile against expected outcomes
Improve the workflow based on what the data shows
