A fabricated company, a real Operator
You are about to run the CRM Implementation Operator's actual kernel — its audit rules, change compiler, drift detection and independent verification, vendored from the product at a pinned commit — against a fabricated HubSpot portal seeded with the ordinary sins of a CRM that grew: duplicate segment fields, a picklist with no options, a pipeline that cannot move a record, a paused workflow nobody turned back on.
In the real product, this step is Gate 1: a read-only connection through a dedicated app whose credential cannot write anything. The demonstration presents that connection rather than performing it — no visitor should authorize anything against a real CRM just to understand a product — so your run gets its own isolated sandbox portal instead.
